GENEVA — The Geneva Police Department is searching for a 41-year-old man wanted for criminal contempt in the second degree.
Carlos M. Pagan-Fontanez is described as a white Hispanic male, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 230 pounds.
He has brown eyes and black hair, according to police.
Authorities say Pagan-Fontanez is wanted on a misdemeanor charge of criminal contempt in the second degree under New York Penal Law 215.50(3).
The Geneva Police Department is asking anyone with information about Pagan-Fontanez’s whereabouts to contact their tip line at (315) 781-0096.

Police are encouraging Pagan-Fontanez to turn himself in to authorities.
