BOSTON — Two suspects face multiple drug trafficking charges after Boston police executed search warrants in Hyde Park early Monday.
Officers from several Boston Police Department units conducted the drug investigation at approximately 7:48 a.m. at 117 Thompson Street in Hyde Park.
The search yielded nine plastic bags of Fentanyl, four plastic bags of crack cocaine, twenty-five pills, three digital scales, and approximately $3,327 in U.S. currency, according to police.
Maurice Fagan, 51, of Chelsea, and Alexandr Lavrishin, 46, of Hyde Park, were arrested and charged with Trafficking of Class A, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B, and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class C.
Both suspects are expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court.
The operation involved officers from the Drug Control Units of District E-5 (Roslindale/West Roxbury), E-18 (Hyde Park), FBI Metro Boston Gang Task Force, and the NORPAC Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force.
