Syracuse police search for missing teen with intellectual disability

SYRACUSE — The Syracuse Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered teenager.

Jackob Barlow, 16, was last seen around 11 a.m. Monday, May 12, on Robinson Street.

Police describe Barlow as approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing around 120 pounds, with black hair.

He was last seen wearing a white long sleeve t-shirt, red shorts, and blue sneakers.

Authorities say Barlow is intellectually challenged and requires adult supervision.

The teen resides on Sabine Street and is known to frequent the Western Lights area on Onondaga Boulevard.

Anyone who spots Barlow or has information about his whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.
