SOUTH WINDSOR — A 39-year-old South Windsor man was arrested Monday after a domestic violence incident in which he allegedly slammed a door on the victim’s hand and foot.
Daniel R. McNeill was arrested at 8:17 p.m. on May 12 and charged with disorderly conduct.
Police said McNeill also took the victim’s phone and threw it into another room during the altercation.
McNeill was issued a misdemeanor summons and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
