PROVIDENCE — Troopers arrested Jesus Montes, 38, of 80 Mercy Street, Providence for an active Affidavit and Arrest warrant for Domestic Vandalism originating out of the Providence Police Department.
This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Providence Place in the City of Providence on Monday, May 12 at 1:13 p.m.
Montes was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
In a separate incident, troopers arrested Darison Rodriguez, 26, of 28 Pendleton Street, Cranston for Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, Driving With Suspended License 4th+ Offense, and an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the North Providence Police Department on the original charge of Domestic Breaking and Entering.
Rodriguez was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Cranston on Tuesday, May 13 at 12:32 a.m.
He was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the North Providence Police Department.
