MANCHESTER — A 78-year-old Manchester man has been arrested following a lengthy investigation into the possession of child sexual abuse images.
Francois Ledoux surrendered to the Manchester Police Department on May 8 after being charged with 15 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images.
The arrest follows a months-long investigation conducted by the department’s Cyber Crime Unit.
During the investigation, authorities executed a search and seized multiple electronic devices belonging to Ledoux.
A forensic analysis of the devices revealed numerous sexually explicit images involving children, according to police.
Ledoux was released on $500 cash bail after his surrender at 10 a.m.
