EAST MONTPELIER — Vermont State Police responded to a citizen dispute at a residence on VT Route 14 South in East Montpelier at 10 p.m. Monday.
Investigation revealed that Adrienne Borek, 40, of East Montpelier, had caused physical injury to Michael Blanchard, 39, also of East Montpelier, by striking him.
Borek was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Washington Criminal Division on June 12 at 8:30 a.m. on a charge of simple assault.
