WELLS RIVER — Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to a report of a violation of court ordered conditions in the Town of Wells River at approximately 7:45 a.m. on May 12.
The alleged violation occurred on May 11, according to police.
After speaking with a witness at the scene and conducting an investigation, authorities determined that Cassandra Carbee, 38, of Wells River had committed the crime of violating court ordered conditions (VCOR).
Carbee was located at the Northeast Correctional Complex where she was being held due to a previous law violation.
She was issued a citation to appear in the Orange County Superior Court Criminal Division on May 13 at 12:30 p.m.
