PROVIDENCE — Rhode Island State Police arrested a Warwick woman on a Superior Court warrant following a traffic stop in Providence late Tuesday.
Troopers from the Lincoln Woods Barracks arrested Dacia Broccoli, 37, of 37 Vera Street, Warwick, at 11:20 p.m. after stopping her vehicle on Cranston Street.
Broccoli was wanted on a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney.
The original charge stemmed from Manufacturing and Possession with Intent to Manufacture and Sell Amphetamines (Schedule I/II) in quantities of 1 ounce to 1 kilogram, according to state police.
The original case originated with the Providence Police Department.
Broccoli was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transferred to the Adult Correctional Institutions Women’s Intake Center.
