BERLIN — A Vermont State Police trooper cited an Essex Junction woman for excessive speed after she was allegedly clocked driving 105 mph on Interstate 89 in Berlin.
Kylee Dubuque, 40, was stopped by troopers conducting speed enforcement near mile marker 47 on May 11 at approximately 7:21 p.m., according to police.
The posted speed limit in that area is 65 mph.
Troopers observed Dubuque’s vehicle traveling at high speed and confirmed the violation using LIDAR equipment.
The vehicle was stopped without incident.
Dubuque was issued a criminal citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on June 29 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge of excessive speed.
