ELMIRA — Three men were arrested on various charges in Chemung County over the weekend, according to Sheriff William A. Schrom.
Thomas L. Cole Jr., 50, of Elmira, was arrested May 11 on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on petit larceny charges issued by Big Flats Town Court on March 28.
Cole was issued an appearance ticket to return to Big Flats Town Court at a later date.
Delvin D. Jackson Jr., 26, of Ithaca, was also arrested May 11 on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, issued by Elmira City Court on April 22.
Jackson was arraigned in Elmira City Court and released.
Damon A. Prutsman, 39, of Athens, Pa., was arrested May 10 for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal impersonation in the second degree, both Class A misdemeanors.
Prutsman’s arrest followed a traffic stop in the Town of Southport, and he was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Southport Town Court at a later date.
