CORINTH — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lake Luzerne woman on drunk driving charges following a one-car crash late Friday night.
Marie F. Tennant, 53, was charged with driving while intoxicated after deputies responded to the accident at 11:58 p.m. on state Route 9N in Corinth.
According to the sheriff’s office, Tennant’s blood alcohol content measured 0.15%, nearly twice the legal limit of 0.08%.
Investigators said Tennant failed to keep her vehicle within a single lane and was driving at an unsafe speed for the conditions.
She faces charges of DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, moving from lane unsafely, and speed not reasonable and prudent.
Tennant was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Corinth Town Court at a later date.
