STILLWATER — A Massachusetts man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a three-car crash early Friday morning in Stillwater, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the crash at 3:24 a.m. on Hudson Avenue in the village of Stillwater.
Cyrus A. Furtado Sr. of North Adams was charged with DWI, an unclassified misdemeanor, after investigation into the incident.
Authorities said Furtado also refused to take a breath test at the request of a police officer and was charged with moving from lane unsafely, both infractions.
No injuries were reported in the crash, which involved three vehicles and resulted in property damage.
Furtado was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Stillwater Town Court at a later date.
