PROVIDENCE — Rhode Island State Police arrested three individuals on various charges during separate incidents in the Providence area, according to officials.
At 4:56 p.m., troopers arrested Xiomary Santos, 18, of Cranston, during a motor vehicle stop on Fillmore Street in Providence.
Santos was wanted on an active warrant for domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct from the Central Falls Police Department.
At 12:28 a.m., troopers arrested Roberto Cruz, 56, of Pawtucket, for driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test following a motor vehicle stop on Fountain Street in Pawtucket.
Cruz was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult.
In a third incident at 12:33 a.m., troopers arrested Vincent Pagano, 58, of Providence, during a traffic stop on Route 10 in Cranston.
Pagano was wanted on multiple bench warrants, including failure to appear for a fugitive hearing, failure to appear for ability to pay on a suspended license charge, and violation of probation on a domestic simple assault charge.
Pagano was processed and transferred to the Adult Correctional Institution’s Men’s Intake Center.
