MOREAU — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-car personal injury crash Saturday at 8:40 p.m. on Bluebird Road in the town of Moreau.
Investigation into the crash led to the arrest of Victor J. Neglia, 62, of Hudson Falls, for driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor.
Neglia was also charged with failing to keep right, speed not reasonable and prudent, and refusal to take a breath test at the request of a police officer, all infractions.
According to the sheriff’s office, Neglia is accused of operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.
He was released on appearance tickets pending further proceedings in the Moreau Town Court.
The operator of the other vehicle was transported by emergency medical services to Glens Falls Hospital for evaluation and treatment of chest and back pain.
