HILLSBORO — Two drivers were injured in a head-on collision on Henniker Street Thursday morning, according to local authorities.
The crash occurred at approximately 8:59 a.m. near 123 Henniker Street when an SUV traveling westbound crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound pickup truck.
Emergency responders from the Hillsboro Police and Fire Departments arrived at the scene shortly after the collision.
One driver required extrication using the Jaws of Life, police said.
Both drivers were transported to Concord Hospital with potentially serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
