LYNDONVILLE — A Sheffield man faces charges after allegedly dumping trash in a business dumpster without permission, according to Lyndonville police.
Matthew Makowski, 47, was cited for theft of services following an incident on May 10 at 9:02 a.m. at 28 Back Center Road.
Police responded to a complaint about an unknown man depositing several bags of trash and cardboard boxes in a company dumpster.
Following an investigation, officers identified Makowski as the suspect.
Makowski is scheduled for arraignment in Caledonia Superior Court on June 23 at 8:30 a.m.
Makowski has also been issued a trespass notice prohibiting him from returning to the business.
