SOUTH WINDSOR — A Manchester man was arrested Thursday after allegedly shoplifting from a Whole Foods store where he had been previously trespassed, according to South Windsor police.
Julian J. Risby, 28, was taken into custody at 6:42 p.m. at the Whole Foods located at 801 Evergreen Way.
Police said Risby had been arrested and trespassed from the same store just one day earlier on May 7 for a similar incident.
Risby was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.
He was processed and held on a $15,000 surety bond.
Risby is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court today at 9 a.m.
