POWNAL — Officers and Troopers responded to Southern Vermont Medical Center on May 3 to interview a victim of an assault.
Upon further investigation, Troopers identified multiple signs of bodily injury allegedly caused by household member Devon J. Sullivan, 20, of Bennington.
The evening of May 8, Troopers met with Sullivan at his residence where a statement was taken.
Sullivan was arrested for 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault and processed.
Sullivan has been transported to Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility, where he is currently being held without bail.
