WESTMINSTER — Members of the Westminster Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence located at 123 South Ashburnham Road in Westminster at approximately 6 a.m. Thursday, May 8.
The warrant was issued as part of an ongoing investigation into the possession and distribution of child pornography.
Police worked in coordination with the Massachusetts State Police Cyber Crime Unit and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, as well as the Boylston, Sterling, Gardner, and Lunenburg Police Departments.
During the search, investigators seized multiple electronic devices.
Subsequent examination of the evidence led to the arrest of 21-year-old Zachary Beaudet.
Beaudet has been charged with Possession of Child Pornography and was arraigned later the same day in Gardner District Court.
