PROVIDENCE — Troopers arrested Huascar Rivas, 27, of Providence, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant Wednesday, May 7, at 6:45 p.m.
The warrant was for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense, originating from the Cranston Police Department.
Troopers made the arrest after responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 10 in Providence.
Rivas, of 123 Stanwood Street, was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released after posting the required bail.
