SOUTH WINDSOR — South Windsor police arrested three individuals Tuesday on separate theft-related charges, according to department officials.

John F. Farrell, 36, of Meriden was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on an active warrant stemming from an October 2024 incident where he allegedly stole approximately $6,000 worth of items from a locked work truck toolbox.

Investigators said Farrell attempted to sell the stolen items on Facebook Marketplace using a fake name, but was identified after posting a video on his profile featuring a van registered in his name.

Farrell, who was already in state custody on charges from other jurisdictions, was processed and presented at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday.

In a separate case, police arrested Devahn M. Mattis, 33, of Springfield, Massachusetts, at 2:05 p.m. on an active warrant related to an August 2024 larceny investigation.

Authorities said Mattis stole approximately $400 worth of merchandise from Target at 125 Buckland Hills Drive.

Mattis was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on May 21 at 9 a.m.

Later Tuesday, at 5:51 p.m., police arrested Angela Pace-Stall, 49, of Simsbury after she turned herself in at police headquarters on an active warrant.

Pace-Stall’s charge stems from a March larceny investigation at The Paper Store on Evergreen Way, where she allegedly stole $61.98 worth of merchandise.

She was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and is also scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on May 21 at 9 a.m.
