SARATOGA SPRINGS — Police are attempting to identify a man involved in a dispute that occurred at a bar on Caroline Street.
The incident took place on April 24 between 10:45 and 11:30 p.m., according to the Saratoga Springs Police Department.
Authorities have released an image of the man they are seeking to question about the dispute.
Anyone who recognizes the individual is asked to contact the Saratoga Springs Police Department at 518-584-1800 and request to speak with Officer W. Marshall.
