CORINTH — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday the arrest of a Glens Falls couple on charges of criminally negligent homicide in connection with the death of their 3-year-old child.
Matthew J. Dylewski, 33, and Samantha E. Dylewski, 32, both of Glens Falls, were arrested following an investigation into the child’s death, which occurred on Feb. 19 in the village of Corinth.
The couple is accused of causing their child’s death with criminal negligence, according to the sheriff’s office.
They were arraigned before Judge Michael T. Woodcock in Corinth Town Court and released to pretrial services pending further proceedings.
Criminally negligent homicide is classified as a class E felony in New York State.
The investigation was conducted by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
