LITTLE VALLEY — A Mansfield man was arrested on drug and traffic charges following a traffic stop in the Village of Little Valley, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Cory A. Foster, 36, was taken into custody at 12:56 a.m. April 24 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree.
During the traffic stop, deputies deployed K-9 Lex, which led to the discovery of a felony amount of suspected crack cocaine on Foster’s person and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
Foster was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office where he was processed and released with an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Little Valley Town Court in May.
