ELMIRA — A 38-year-old Elmira woman was arrested Tuesday for allegedly stealing from a Walmart store in Horseheads.
Rebecca R. Stephens was charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, according to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.
The theft occurred at the Walmart located in the Town of Horseheads on May 6.
Stephens was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Horseheads Town Court at a later date.
