CORTLAND — The Cortland Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating a homeless man wanted on criminal charges as part of their weekly “Warrant Wednesday” initiative.
Holdan Hayes, 38, is wanted on an active Cortland City Court arrest warrant for criminal trespass and obstructing governmental administration, according to police.
The warrant was issued on April 28.
Hayes is described as homeless but living in the Cortland area.
The “Warrant Wednesday” program is a partnership between the Cortland Police Department and citizens aimed at bringing wanted individuals to justice.
