Missing Berkshire teen found safe in Lyndonville

BERKSHIRE — A 17-year-old girl who had been reported missing has been located and is safe, authorities said Sunday.

Jenna Brady of Berkshire was found in the Lyndonville area at approximately 9:43 a.m. on May 4, according to the Vermont State Police.

The Vermont State Police expressed gratitude to members of the public who provided tips during the investigation.

Brady had been the subject of a search after her disappearance prompted concerns for her welfare, though authorities had not considered the case suspicious.

During the investigation, police had sought public assistance in identifying two unknown males who they believed might have been with Brady or had knowledge of her whereabouts.
