Fulton County sheriff reports 30 arrests, 481 incidents in two-week period

JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office handled 481 incidents and made 30 arrests during a two-week period from April 11 to April 24.

Among the incidents were 170 traffic stops, 20 motor vehicle accidents, and 13 welfare checks, according to the bi-weekly arrest report.

The arrests included several felony charges, with Megan M. Ross, 34, of Perth, facing an Aggravated DWI charge for allegedly driving with a child passenger.

John L. Sanchez, 29, of Schenectady, was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, a D Felony, after allegedly fleeing from police.

Two individuals were charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, including Justin M. Fisher, 40, of Gloversville, who also faces an Aggravated Family Offense charge.

Billy J. Conine Jr., 27, of Gloversville, was charged with DWI – 2nd Offense, an E Felony, and DWI with a previous conviction within 10 years.

Charles A. Campione, 40, of Johnstown, faces charges of introducing dangerous contraband into prison, a D Felony, along with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Renee A. Day, 49, of Ilion, was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, unlawful fleeing from police, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
