5 arrested in Abbot drug trafficking bust

ABBOT — Five individuals were arrested Monday after authorities executed a search warrant at a residence on Moosehorn Road in Abbot, seizing drugs, cash and weapons.

The Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by Greenville Police Department and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, conducted the raid at approximately 10 a.m. on May 5.

During the search, officers seized approximately 90 grams of cocaine, 96 grams of fentanyl, $8,000 in suspected drug proceeds and two handguns.

Brooke Salvucci, 35, of Abbot was charged with aggravated trafficking of a Schedule W drug and violation of a condition of release.

Christopher Salvucci, 40, of Abbot faces identical charges of aggravated trafficking of a Schedule W drug and violation of a condition of release.

Jason Lagasse, 44, of Guilford, was also charged with aggravated trafficking of a Schedule W drug and violation of a condition of release.

Stanley Jenkins, 42, from Massachusetts, was charged with aggravated trafficking of a Schedule W drug and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Xavier Puello, 22, of Massachusetts, was charged with aggravated trafficking of a Schedule W drug.

All five individuals were transported to the Piscataquis County Jail following their arrests.
