ST. JOHNSBURY — A 35-year-old St. Johnsbury man was jailed Monday after police determined he had violated his court-ordered curfew.
Benjamin Heath was arrested after officers from the St. Johnsbury Police Department were notified at 11:28 a.m. that he had not been following curfew requirements dating back to April.
Heath was located on Main Street and brought to the police department where he was fingerprinted and photographed.
He was then transported to Caledonia Superior Court for arraignment.
The court ordered Heath held at Northeast Correctional Complex for lack of $1,000 bail.
Heath is scheduled to appear in Caledonia Superior Court at 3:30 p.m. Monday.
