NORWOOD — Norwood Village Police arrested a Brasher man for allegedly violating a protection order by repeatedly calling a female victim.
Cody C. Meacham, 28, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a misdemeanor.
Police said Meacham made multiple phone calls to the victim despite a no-contact order being in place.
Meacham was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court at a later date.
