NORWICH — A 47-year-old Norwich resident was arrested on trespassing charges after allegedly returning to a business from which he had been previously banned.
Jason R. Lowe was arrested by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office on April 24 following a complaint from a local business in the Town of Norwich.
Deputies responded to the business after receiving reports that Lowe was on the property despite having been formally trespassed from the location a month earlier.
Following a brief investigation, deputies located the vehicle Lowe was traveling in as it headed southbound in the Town of Greene.
Lowe was issued a criminal summons to appear in the Town of Norwich court at a later date.
