ENOSBURG — A Richford man faces charges after crashing his vehicle into a telephone pole while allegedly violating his driver’s license restrictions.

Vermont State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Pleasant Street in Enosburg at approximately 8:48 p.m. on May 4.

Troopers identified Jerry Tatro, 54, of Richford as the operator and sole occupant of the vehicle.

Investigation revealed Tatro was driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device installed, despite having a restriction on his driver’s license requiring such a device.

Tatro was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Criminal Court on June 16 at 8:30 a.m. for failing to operate with an ignition interlock device.
