CUBA — Cuba Police arrested a Hinsdale man on charges of aggravated harassment, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief on May 1.
Kyle M. Gann, 21, was arrested at approximately 5 p.m. and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and reckless endangerment, both misdemeanors, as well as third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
Gann was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail for centralized arraignment.
