ONEONTA — A 40-year-old East Meadow man was arrested Saturday after allegedly damaging a vehicle during a domestic incident, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
James Martins was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an investigation into reports of property damage.
Deputies said Martins smashed a rear window of the victim’s vehicle.
Martins was processed and arraigned at Central Arraignment at the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
He is scheduled to appear in Oneonta Town Court at a later date.
