DECATUR — A Decatur man was arrested Friday after deputies responded to a domestic incident at a residence in the town of Decatur.
Jeffrey L. Fuller, 33, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a report of a physical domestic incident at a home in Decatur on May 2.
Following an investigation, Fuller was taken into custody.
He was processed and held for centralized arraignment at Decatur Town Court.
