Woman arrested for violating court order in St. Johnsbury

ST. JOHNSBURY — A 24-year-old St. Johnsbury woman was arrested Friday evening after allegedly violating court-ordered conditions and resisting arrest.

State police responded to a report of a court order violation in St. Johnsbury at approximately 7:46 p.m. on May 2.

After speaking with a witness and conducting an investigation, troopers determined that Haley Liberty had violated court-ordered conditions.

When officers attempted to take Liberty into custody, she allegedly resisted arrest.

Liberty was transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.

She was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court Criminal Division on June 4 at 8:30 a.m.
