WEST RUTLAND — A Rutland City woman was arrested early Sunday morning for allegedly violating an active abuse prevention order in West Rutland.
Brandi Munger, 33, was taken into custody around 12:30 a.m. on May 4 after Vermont State Police received a report of the violation on Barnes Street.
Troopers determined through their investigation that Munger had violated an active Relief from Abuse Order.
Munger was located, arrested, and transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing.
She was subsequently lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility due to active arrest warrants.
Munger is scheduled to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Rutland Criminal Division on May 5 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the charge of Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order.
