BELLOWS FALLS — A 13-year-old girl reported missing Friday afternoon has been located safely, according to local police.
Kayleigh Taylor had been last seen in Bellows Falls at approximately 4 p.m. Friday, prompting authorities to issue a missing person alert.
The Bellows Falls Police Department announced at 8:15 p.m. that the juvenile had been found.
Taylor had been wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and denim shorts when she was last seen.
During the brief search, the teen had been entered into the national missing persons database.
