LYNDONVILLE — A Sutton man was arrested on a warrant and charged with driving with a criminally suspended license after a traffic stop on Memorial Drive on May 3.
Justin Witt, 40, was stopped by a Lyndonville Police Department patrol officer at approximately 9:10 a.m. near Industrial Parkway for a motor vehicle violation.
During the stop, officers discovered Witt was the subject of an outstanding warrant from Caledonia Superior Court for DUI #1 (alcohol).
Officers also determined Witt was operating a vehicle after his license had been criminally suspended for a prior DUI-related action.
Witt was arrested and lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 cash or surety bond.
He was cited for Criminal DLS with an arraignment date of June 16 at 8:30 a.m.
