ELMIRA HEIGHTS — Four individuals were arrested by the Elmira Heights Police Department in a series of unrelated incidents during the month of April.
Brandon Liddington, 36, of Elmira was arrested April 15 on an outstanding warrant issued by the Elmira Police Department following a complaint in Elmira Heights.
Liddington was turned over to the Elmira Police Department after his arrest.
Leah White, 25, of Elmira was arrested April 21 for Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a complaint in Elmira Heights.
White was arraigned in court and released on her own recognizance due to bail reform laws.
Chester Harris, 42, of Elmira Heights was arrested April 23 as a Fugitive from Justice for an outstanding warrant issued by the Union County Sheriff’s Department in New Jersey.
Harris was arraigned in court and remanded to the Chemung County Jail.
Lee Jackson, 73, of Elmira Heights was arrested April 24 for Harassment 2nd Degree, a violation, following a complaint in Elmira Heights.
Jackson was arraigned in court and released on his own recognizance.
