HOPE VALLEY — A Georgia man was arrested Sunday night following a traffic stop on Route 95 South in Exeter.
Jonathan Ortiz, 22, of Carrollton, Georgia, was taken into custody at 10:21 p.m. by state troopers, according to police.
Ortiz was charged with obstructing an officer in execution of duty and disorderly conduct.
Following his arrest, Ortiz was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks for processing.
He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and subsequently released with a future court date in Third Division District Court.
