Woman arrested for DUI, reckless endangerment in Randolph

RANDOLPH — A 39-year-old Randolph woman was arrested Thursday night on charges of driving under the influence and reckless endangerment after Vermont State Police observed signs of impairment during an interaction at a crash scene.

Jillian L. Holman was identified by troopers from the Royalton Barracks around 8:13 p.m. on VT Route 14/S. Randolph Road, according to police.

Troopers were at the scene for an unrelated crash when they encountered Holman, who was reportedly displaying signs of impairment.

After being screened for suspicion of DUI, Holman was arrested for driving under the influence with refusal and two counts of reckless endangerment.

She was transported to the Royalton Barracks for processing.

Holman was issued a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Orange Criminal Division, on May 28 at 8:30 a.m.
