PUTNEY — A Connecticut man faces charges of negligent operation following a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 91 last month.
Vermont State Police responded to the crash near mile marker 21.2 on the southbound side of I-91 in Putney at 7:04 a.m. on April 26.
Troopers from the Westminster Barracks investigated the incident and determined that Orane O. Fray, 37, of Hartford, Connecticut, had been operating his vehicle in a negligent manner.
Fray was issued a citation on May 2 to appear in Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. on May 27 to answer to the charge.
