CUBA — Cuba Police arrested a 36-year-old homeless man on charges of violating pre-trial release and petit larceny on May 1.
Cory A. Pearse was taken into custody at approximately 3:39 p.m., according to a press release from the Cuba Police Department.
Police said Pearse violated pre-trial release conditions from a former grand larceny charge.
The petit larceny charge is classified as a misdemeanor.
Pearse was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail for centralized arraignment.
He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
