CUBA — A homeless man was arrested Thursday afternoon following an alleged incident at a local business, according to Cuba police.
William Lee Taylor, 50, was arrested May 1 at approximately 1 p.m. on charges of trespass, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.
The trespass charge is a violation, while the other three charges are misdemeanors.
Taylor was processed and released with an order to appear in court at a later date.
He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
