WORCESTER — Worcester Police officers arrested a 54-year-old Holyoke man on drug distribution charges after observing alleged transactions on Main Street and Oread Street.
Officers witnessed what appeared to be a drug transaction on Main Street at approximately 1:15 a.m. on May 1.
A short time later, the same male was observed conducting another apparent drug deal on Oread Street.
Police identified the suspect as Esteban Lucret of Holyoke and stopped him.
During the stop, officers discovered two bags on Lucret’s person containing individually wrapped smaller bags of what appeared to be crack cocaine and fentanyl.
Lucret was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Class A (Fentanyl) and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B (Crack Cocaine).
