ALBANY — Lester Cunningham, a 77-year-old man with dementia who went missing Wednesday, has been located and is safe, according to the Albany Police Department.
Cunningham had left Albany Medical Center Hospital around 5:45 p.m. on April 30, prompting a search by local authorities.
He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, gray pants and a baseball hat.
The Albany Police Department had asked the public for assistance in locating Cunningham during the search.
No further details about where or how Cunningham was found were immediately available.
