Hudson Falls man arrested for child exploitation in Greenwich

GREENWICH — State Police arrested a Hudson Falls man Tuesday on charges of possessing child sexual exploitation material.

Nathan T. Lindsay, 37, was charged with Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony.

The arrest came after an investigation involving multiple agencies, including the Troop G Computer Crimes Unit, the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Authorities executed a search warrant at Lindsay’s Mayfield residence at 9 a.m. on April 29.

Lindsay was taken into custody at his home and transported to State Police Greenwich for processing.

Following his arrest, Lindsay was transferred to the Washington County Correctional Facility where he awaits arraignment.
